Google Meet + Digital Whiteboard

We know pretty well what Google Meet is and how it works.

But are you already familiar with the Google Whiteboard?

Google provides us with a digital whiteboard called Jamboard

So… Jamboard means Google Whiteboard!

How can I quickly create a Whiteboard and share it by Meet ❓

* you can find the meeting code in the Calendar event or searching for the 
content_copy
 icon in Google Meet

  • Double click the “Whiteboard” button
  • On the right sidebar select to ‘Use a meeting code’ *

  • Type the code, Join and start filling the blank whiteboard.

How can I create a new whiteboard when I already joined a Google Meet session ❓

  • Start your Meet by double clicking “Use a meeting code”;

  • Click on the button with a pen icon (bottom bar)

  • Save the Whiteboard in your Drive!
  • On the left sidebar select “Share with people” and type your Google account

Have you already created a jamboard in you Drive and you want to display it on the Whiteboard screen❓

  • Start your Meet by double clicking “Use a meeting code”;

  • Open the Jamboard file in your Drive
  • Click on the button “Open on a Jamboard”
  • Type the name of the room to easily find it
  • Click “Open”
  • Click “Share” to add collaborators

Do you know you can attach a Jamboard file in a Calendar Event ❓

  • Open the Calendar Event
  • Click on the Attachment icon

  • Search the Jam file and confirm
  • Save your Calendar event and grant access as Editor to your collegaues
  • You will find the Jam file inside the Meet!
